POSTPRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGMENT:
In this project, we coordinated a team of creatives, editors, and animators, while managing client communications to secure and clear music and footage. We curated materials and acted as the bridge between various teams to ensure smooth collaboration. Once the cut was approved, we also worked on transcreating the content from English to Spanish and organizing the deliverables—over 50 assets in different formats and timelines—according to the media plan.
