POSTPRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGMENT:
In this series of projects for ESPN+, I coordinated the production of ESPN College sports campaigns, working closely with teams of editors, animators, creatives, account leads, and clients. My role was to ensure the smooth execution of each campaign by facilitating collaboration between teams, organizing the development process for every spot, and aligning all moving parts with the client’s vision.
I managed the requests for large amounts of footage from the client and third-party providers, ensured efficient communication between stakeholders, and streamlined workflows to meet tight deadlines. Throughout the process, I oversaw the delivery of a significant volume of assets in various formats, ensuring everything was submitted on time and aligned with the campaign goals.
